Private boat storage fees are charged on an annual basis and form part of your membership renewal.
To store new equipment at the shed, you need to apply to the committee via the application form, and receive approval before storing any private equipment.
Please note the shed is at full capacity; however, you may apply to go on the waitlist for boat storage.
Prices of storage (annual fee only - pro-rata is not available):
NUBC Annual Boat Storage Fee: $180
Newcastle University Student Boat Storage Discount: 50%
Boat storage pre-payment declaration requires the club member to agree to the below:
I have read and understand the NUBC Rowing Equipment Storage Policy.
I agree to abide by the NUBC Rowing Equipment Storage Policy.
I have received approval from the NUBC Committee to store my rowing equipment within the Boat Club.
I acknowledge that insurance (including cover whilst stored and being transported) of private rowing equipment is the responsibility of the owner/licensee.
