I learnt to row in 2020. I have more than 25 years in the fitness and sport coaching space helping others achieve results. My favourite boat is the single scull as you get instant feedback. I love the support, networking and competition you get from club members and other clubs alike.

I learnt to row in 2019 at HVGS which gave me a pathway into the Aus Rowing Team, and my favourite boat is the single.

Sarah learnt to row in 1992 when attending the University of Newcastle. She was club Secretary from 1993 - 1994. Returning to rowing in 2020, my favourite boat is the double and I enjoy spending time with great friends on our stunning Hunter River.
Boat Captain - Tony Chadwick - boatcaptain@nubc.info
I also learnt to row in 2020 at Endeavour. Favourite boat to row is the quad. For 20 years I fixed aircraft and now I enjoy repairing NUBC equipment in my spare time. I row for fitness and enjoy the teamwork in the bigger boats.

I have been rowing since 2019, when one of my work colleagues talked me into signing up for Learn to Row. Since then, the pair and eight have become my favourite boats to row and indoor rowing has become strangely addictive.

In 2019 I learnt to row at Hunter Valley Grammar School, I love team boats like quads, doubles and pairs. My favourite part about rowing is the community and growing/improving together.
